Forbo Tessera Create Space 1 Spinel 1825

Forbo Tessera Create Space 1 in Spinel 1825 is a modular carpet tile in deep charcoal with a pattern loop pile. The dark tone reads neutral and professional, suited to modern offices, meeting rooms and retail environments where a clean, business-like look matters. You get the acoustic benefit of carpet without the scale of a roll installation.

The polyamide loop pile runs 500g per square metre, dense enough to take traffic and hold its pile under foot. At 5.5mm thick, it sits firmly when glued down and resists crush. The pattern detail masks wear and footprints in high-traffic zones.

Installation is straightforward: glue down each tile to a flat, prepared subfloor. The modular format lets you replace a single tile if a section wears or stains. Commercial spaces with castor-chair traffic approve this product for fixed-base seating, so your office furniture sits stable.

A 10-year warranty covers wear, staining and pile retention in commercial use. The dark charcoal hides soiling and suits breakout areas, corridors and open-plan floors where you need comfort underfoot and acoustic dampening without fuss.
