Polyflor Polysafe Wood FX Aged Oak 3373

Aged Oak 3373 brings warm, dark wood grain to any space without the upkeep or risk. This Polysafe Wood FX Safety Flooring delivers a realistic plank look with the grip underfoot that matters in wet areas and high-traffic zones. The R10 slip rating keeps everyone safer, especially on damp tiles or after mopping.

The 2mm sheet sits flat and stable. It’s waterproof through and through, so splashes in the bathroom or kitchen spills won’t seep down. The 0.7mm wear layer handles daily wear without fading the wood effect, and you get a full 10 years of warranty backing your investment. Fitting is straightforward glue-down installation, no underlay needed.

Where it works

Kitchens, bathrooms, WCs and offices all suit this flooring. It’s rated for commercial use in low to medium traffic spaces, so retail fronts, hospitality settings and care facilities benefit from the slip resistance and waterproof core. Domestic heavy-use areas like utility rooms and laundries also perform well.

Installation and care

Polyflor sheet vinyl flooring like this goes down with adhesive. No underlay is needed, and underfloor heating is not compatible with this range. Cleaning is simple: vacuum and damp-mop with mild detergent. The waterproof surface resists stains and moisture, so your floor stays fresh with minimal fuss.
