Alsa Flooring Allure Berlin Oak 901

Berlin Oak brings warm, medium tones and authentic grain detail to any room. The herringbone pattern adds visual interest without fuss, whilst the registered emboss texture gives it a tactile feel that mimics real wood. This is laminate that looks lived-in and genuine, not glossy or thin.

The micro bevelled edges catch light and add a subtle craft touch. You get water resistance built in, which matters in kitchens, hallways and anywhere spills happen. The registered emboss means it resists showing dust and fingerprints between cleans.

Where it works

Herringbone patterns suit living rooms and bedrooms where you want character. The water resistance makes it sensible for kitchens, hallways, utility spaces and dining areas. It works in commercial settings with light to medium foot traffic.

Installation and care

Fit it as click-together planks over a level subfloor. The herringbone format takes a bit longer to lay than straight planks, but the result justifies it. Vacuum or sweep regularly, wipe spills with a damp cloth, and avoid standing water. Laminate Flooring like this needs no sanding or sealing.

Alsa Flooring backs this with a 35-year residential warranty and 35-year commercial warranty, which speaks to the build quality. That’s a floor you can trust for decades.
