Alsa Flooring Allure Zinc Oak 902

Zinc Oak brings a soft, contemporary grey tone to herringbone patterns. The gentle depth of the grain sits clean and understated, making it work equally well in modern minimalist spaces or as a neutral anchor in warmer schemes. You get a real-wood look with the practical benefit of a water-resistant finish, so it handles spilled tea, muddy paws and the everyday mess without the fuss of solid wood.

The herringbone layout adds visual interest and movement underfoot. Micro bevelled edges catch the light, defining each plank without overwhelming the subtle colour palette. Registered emboss texture gives it depth, so it reads like solid wood rather than a flat laminate surface.

Suited to living rooms, kitchens, hallways and bedrooms. AC6 rating and commercial warranty make it tough enough for light commercial settings, cafes and small offices. Water resistance handles moisture in busy family homes and light commercial food spaces.

Installation

Laminate Click Flooring like this uses a straightforward click-lock system, requiring no adhesive. Fit it over a proper underlay on a sound, level subfloor. Underfloor heating is compatible.

Looking after it

Wipe spills promptly with a damp cloth. Use a microfibre mop for routine cleaning, not soaking wet water. Avoid standing puddles. The water-resistant surface protects against normal kitchen use. Keep packed planks on their edge in a flat space for 48 hours before fitting to acclimatise.
