Alsa Flooring Allure Tunis Oak 907

Tunis Oak brings a soft, natural warmth to any room. The colour sits right in the middle ground of the oak spectrum, neither too pale nor too dark, and the registered emboss texture gives it the tactile depth of solid wood. Micro bevelled edges add definition where planks meet, without the fuss and cost of real oak.

This is Alsa Flooring Allure laminate, part of a range built for homes that need durability alongside looks. The 10mm HDF core is tough enough for everyday use, and the water-resistant surface means spills wipe clean without risk to the board beneath. It sits at wear class AC6, the highest standard, so it handles traffic that would mark softer finishes.

Straight planks 1286mm long and 214mm wide lay out in simple patterns. Seven planks arrive per pack, covering just over 1.9 square metres and weighing 17.4kg, so moving stock around the house is manageable. The micro bevelled edges mean you get clean lines between planks as the floor settles and moves.

Where it works

Tunis Oak suits living rooms, bedrooms, hallways and kitchens. It holds up in light commercial settings too, given its AC6 rating. The mid-tone oak colour sits well with modern schemes, traditional interiors, and plenty of colour palettes in between.

Installation

This is click-system laminate, laid as a floating floor over any stable subfloor. No glue needed. The registered emboss and micro bevelled edges lock together cleanly, and the micro bevelled finish hides the joints.

Looking after it

Sweep and vacuum regularly. Damp mop with a microfibre cloth if needed, but don’t leave standing water. Waterproof and water-resistant laminate flooring demands the same care as any laminate. That 35-year guarantee covers wear and defects across domestic and light commercial use.
