Alsa Flooring Solid Plus Jefferson 435

Alsafloor Solid Plus Herringbone in Jefferson 435 brings the geometric elegance of herringbone patterning to a warm, mid-tone laminate. The colour sits between grey and brown, reading as soft and neutral, and suits both contemporary and period-style rooms. Its registered emboss texture mimics the grain and depth of real wood without the maintenance demands of solid timber.

Click-lock installation makes fitting straightforward. The planks slot together without glue, so you can lay them on most existing subfloors and even over underfloor heating. Fitting takes less time than gluedown systems, which keeps labour costs down and gets the floor ready faster.

The AC6 wear rating means it stands up to busy family homes, light commercial spaces and hallways with high foot traffic. Its water resistance protects against spills, splashes and pet accidents. Whilst laminate flooring won’t tolerate standing water or wet mopping, everyday kitchen and bathroom moisture poses no real threat to this floor.

Fitting and care

This is a Laminate Click Flooring system. Lay it as a floating floor over any level subfloor, concrete or existing timber, provided it’s dry. Underfloor heating works fine with it. No adhesive needed. Keep spillages wiped up promptly and vacuum regularly. Avoid soaking wet mops or steam cleaners. The finish resists scratches and scuffs well, though sharp objects will mark it like any laminate.
