Altro Aquarius Terrapin is a medium beige sheet vinyl with a speckled texture and professional-grade slip resistance. The R11 anti-slip rating keeps feet secure even in wet areas. It’s waterproof, so spills and splashes won’t damage the surface or seep beneath.

This is a working vinyl for practical rooms. Kitchens, bathrooms, wet areas and commercial spaces all suit it. The 2mm thickness strikes a balance between durability and comfort underfoot, and it handles heavy traffic without showing wear.

Installation

Terrapin is compatible with underfloor heating systems. No special preparation is needed. Install as normal and run your heating at standard settings.

Looking after it

Daily cleaning is simple. Sweep or vacuum to remove dust, then mop with a damp cloth and mild detergent. The waterproof surface won’t absorb moisture, so spillages wipe away easily. In commercial settings, it shrugs off heavy cleaning with bleach-based products when needed.
