Altro Stronghold 30 Midnight

Altro Stronghold 30 in Midnight is a dark, speckled safety sheet vinyl that brings both grip and style to kitchens, bathrooms, commercial spaces and wet areas. The R12 anti-slip rating keeps feet secure on damp floors, whilst the fully waterproof finish means spills and splashes wash away without soaking through. This is practical flooring that doesn’t sacrifice looks.

What you get

• 3mm thick PVC sheet vinyl
• 2m roll width, supplied in 15m lengths
• Scrim backing for stability
• R12 anti-slip surface
• 10dB sound insulation
• Class 34 and 43 use rating
• 20-year guarantee

The dark speckled finish hides dirt and marks, a real benefit in kitchens and WCs where mess happens daily. At 3mm thick, it sits flat underfoot and handles heavy foot traffic without fuss. Altro Stronghold 30 works well in hospitals, care homes, and commercial kitchens too.

Installation and underfloor heating

Fit it using a glue-down method onto a clean, dry subfloor. No underlay is needed. If you have underfloor heating in place, this flooring suits it fine and won’t interfere with heat transfer.

Care and warranty

Keep it clean with regular sweeping and damp mopping. Its waterproof nature means you can be generous with water, a huge plus in bathrooms and kitchens. The 20-year guarantee covers manufacturing faults, so you’re backed for the long term. For the full Altro Stronghold 30 range, or if you’d like to compare other Sheet Vinyl Flooring options, we’ve plenty to choose from.
