Altro Xpresslay Sand

Altro Xpresslay Sand brings a light, warm beige tone to spaces that need grip and durability. The speckled surface looks professional and practical, hiding marks and stains well. With an R10 anti-slip rating, it’s safe underfoot even when wet, making it ideal for kitchens, bathrooms and commercial areas where safety matters.

This 2.2mm PVC sheet vinyl is fully waterproof, so moisture won’t damage it or cause swelling. It comes loose lay, meaning no adhesive is needed and you can fit it straight over most subfloors. Better still, it works with underfloor heating systems, so you get comfort and warmth without extra layers.

Fitting and care

Loose lay means quick installation with no glue required. The vinyl sits flat and stays put, and it’s compatible with underfloor heating if you have it. Day-to-day cleaning is simple: vacuum or dry-sweep regularly, then mop with a damp cloth and neutral cleaner. Wipe spills at once to keep the surface fresh.

The 10-year warranty covers defects in manufacture, giving you confidence in a product built to last in demanding spaces.
