Altro Xpresslay Savannah

Altro Xpresslay Savannah is a speckled grey and brown safety sheet vinyl built for the wet rooms and commercial kitchens where grip matters. The R10 anti-slip rating keeps feet safe on damp floors. It’s a real alternative to ceramic tile: waterproof, easy to clean and tough in high-traffic kitchens, bathrooms, toilets and food prep areas.

The loose lay system means you simply unroll it and press down. No adhesive, no underlay needed. It sits flat on your subfloor straight away and works with underfloor heating if you need it. The warm speckled finish hides dirt and wear marks better than plain colours, which matters in a busy kitchen or commercial space.

Where it works

Altro Xpresslay Savannah suits kitchens, bathrooms, WCs and light commercial settings where safety and hygiene are priorities. The waterproof construction and R10 slip resistance make it ideal for food prep areas, care homes and busy hospitality spaces. As a Loose Lay Sheet Vinyl, it installs with zero fuss. Sheet Vinyl Flooring from this range combines safety grip with practical maintenance across wet or high-traffic rooms.

Installation

Loose lay installation means you unroll the vinyl and it stays in place without adhesive or underlay. It’s ready for foot traffic immediately and works on most firm subfloors. The system is compatible with underfloor heating, so you can add warmth without complications.

Looking after it

Clean with a damp mop and mild detergent. The speckled finish masks daily grime, and the waterproof surface resists staining and wear. The 10-year warranty gives you confidence in high-use environments.
