Installation

You can fit it three ways: floating over an underlay (underlay is optional), nailed down or glued. Tongue and groove joints make alignment straightforward. Engineered Wood Flooring with a multi-ply core accepts underfloor heating, so it works with warm systems. Subfloor must be sound, level and dry before laying.

Looking after it

The oiled finish responds well to regular vacuuming and damp-mopping with a specialist wood cleaner. Avoid standing water. Avesso backs this floor with a 25-year warranty, giving you real peace of mind on a genuine oak investment.
