Avesso Classic Avesso Original

Avesso Original brings warm, natural oak character to your home without the demands of solid wood. The rustic grade shows the oak’s honest face: knots, colour shift, grain movement. All of that texture sits on a resilient engineered base, so the planks stay stable underfoot where solid wood might move.

The lacquered finish protects the surface and lets the oak grain read clearly. Each plank runs 190mm wide and 1900mm long, giving you a comfortable scale that doesn’t chop up the room visually. At 14mm thick with a 3mm wear layer, this flooring handles busy households well.

Installation flexibility

You can lay Avesso Original as a floating floor with Click Engineered Wood Flooring or traditional tongue and groove, nailed or glued down to your subfloor. It works with underfloor heating too, so it fits retrofit projects as well as new builds. Underlay is optional, which lowers your prep cost if the subfloor is already level.

Where it works

Real Oak Wood Flooring like this suits living rooms, kitchens, hallways, bedrooms, dining rooms, offices and utility spaces. It’s not waterproof, so keep it away from bathrooms or areas where water pools regularly.

What you get and looking after it

Each pack covers 2.166m2 and contains 6 planks. A simple vacuum or damp mop keeps it clean. Wipe spills immediately and avoid standing water. Dark Engineered Wood products benefit from the same care, so if you’re mixing colours across rooms, the maintenance is consistent.

Avesso backs this flooring with a 25-year warranty, giving you real peace of mind for the long run.
