Click engineered wood flooring goes down fast and floats over most subfloors, so fitting is straightforward. Underlay is required to level the base and reduce sound. The plank works with underfloor heating, so you can install it over a warm system without worry.

The finish holds up in high-traffic areas like kitchens and hallways. Clean with a soft, damp mop and wring out excess water. An oiled surface may need occasional feeding with the right oil product to keep it looking its best. A 25-year warranty backs the construction and wear layer against defects in normal domestic use.

Beacon Field suits period interiors and contemporary schemes alike. It pairs well with neutral walls and works as engineered wood flooring for the living room or as a grounding layer in open-plan homes. The rustic grain and warm tone sit at the warmer end of the oak palette, a solid match for rooms that need real-wood character without the fuss.
