Avesso Classic Nordic Style

Avesso Classic Nordic Style brings a pale, understated oak look to any room. The light grain sits neutral enough to work with modern schemes or country settings alike. Unlike solid oak, this Engineered Wood Flooring stays stable underfoot and needs far less fuss when it comes to looking after it.

The 3mm wear layer gives you a real oak surface that takes the day-to-day scuffs and spills of a lived-in home. A 14mm thickness sits comfortably underfoot, whilst the classic wood grade keeps the character understated. Pack six planks at a time, each 190mm wide and 1900mm long, covering 2.166m2 per pack.

What’s included and how it fits

• 14mm total thickness with 3mm wear layer
• 190mm width, 1900mm length per plank
• Six planks per pack (2.166m2 coverage)
• Tongue and groove edge detail
• Floats, nails down or glues, your choice
• Works with underfloor heating

Installation is straightforward with three options: float it over a subfloor, nail it down or glue it. The 14mm Engineered Wood Flooring format means it sits stable across most subfloors without fuss. Underlay is optional, so you can fit it to suit your setup. Underfloor heating runs through it with no problem.

Where to lay it

This oak works in bedrooms, living rooms, dining rooms, hallways, kitchens, offices and utility rooms. The pale grain won’t show dust as easily as darker finishes, a real help in high-traffic spaces. It’s not waterproof, so keep it out of wet rooms like bathrooms.

Looking after it

Wipe up spills straight away and vacuum or sweep regularly to keep grit off the surface. A damp mop now and then keeps it fresh. The finish is unfinished, so the natural oak will settle and age as you live with it.

Avesso back this with a 25-year warranty, reflecting the solid build of European-made engineered oak. The multi-ply construction keeps movement to a minimum, so you get a floor that settles in and stays put.
