Avesso Classic Timber Creek

Timber Creek is a rustic oak plank that brings natural wood grain and warm earth tones into your home. The 190mm boards sit flat and calm, avoiding flash or fuss. It suits living rooms, kitchens, hallways and bedrooms alike. You get the look of solid oak without the movement or upkeep that real wood demands.

This is Engineered Wood Flooring made from a multi-ply construction with a 3mm oak veneer on top. 14mm Engineered Wood Flooring like this sits stable underfoot and resists the twists and shifts of central heating or damp. The lacquered finish protects the grain and keeps cleaning simple.

Where it works

Timber Creek suits any room in your home. Lay it in living rooms, dining rooms, kitchens, bedrooms, hallways, offices and utility rooms. It is not waterproof, so avoid wet areas like bathrooms with standing water. Dark Engineered Wood options like this one handle foot traffic well, making them a safe pick for busy households.

Installation

You can install this floor three ways: floating (no adhesive or nailing), nailed or glued down. Tongue and groove edges lock planks together snugly. An underlay is optional and can smooth minor subfloor bumps. The flooring works with underfloor heating systems, so you can run pipes beneath without worry.

Looking after it

Wipe spills promptly with a dry cloth. Vacuum or sweep regularly to lift dust. A damp mop is fine, but standing water damages the wood. The lacquered surface resists stains and scuffs. Avesso backs this floor with a 25-year warranty against wear and defects.
