The rustic grade shows natural colour variation and knots, giving each plank character. Bevelled edges define each board and highlight the chevron layout. You can fit it over underfloor heating systems, and underlay is optional depending on your subfloor.

Installation

This is a glue-down system with tongue and groove edges for a tight fit. Fit it straight to a prepared, level subfloor. Underfloor heating is compatible, so you can keep warm beneath it. Underlay is optional, though many installers use it to smooth minor subfloor imperfections and add comfort underfoot.

Looking after it

Sweep regularly and mop with a damp cloth. The oiled finish requires occasional re-oiling every couple of years to maintain its depth and protect the surface.
