Avesso Design Soft Natural Beige

Avesso Design’s Soft Natural Beige engineered oak brings the warmth and grain of real oak to your home without the demands of solid wood. The light, creamy colour works in both traditional and modern settings, and the oiled finish gives it a subtle sheen that sits between matte and gloss. The wood grain shows clear but not stark, letting the colour do the talking.

This is Versailles pattern flooring, where square planks meet in a geometric repeat rather than a simple plank layout. It makes a real focal point of the floor and suits living spaces and dining rooms especially, though it works equally well in bedrooms and studies.

Specifications

• 600mm x 600mm square planks
• 14mm total thickness with 3mm wear layer
• Micro-bevelled edges
• 8 planks per pack, 2.88 m2 coverage
• Engineered multi-ply oak construction
• Oiled finish, premium grade

The wear layer is thick enough for a kitchen or dining area where spills happen, and the engineered core keeps the floor stable under underfloor heating if you use it. Engineered Wood Flooring for Kitchens needs to resist moisture and temperature swings, and this one handles both.

Where it works

Soft Natural Beige suits bedrooms, dining rooms, hallways, kitchens, living rooms, offices and utility rooms. The Versailles pattern really shines in open-plan living spaces where the geometric repeat anchors the room. It’s equally at home in more formal settings.

Installation and care

You can fit it floating, nailed down or glued. Tongue and groove joints lock planks together for a tight, stable floor. Underlay is optional but often helps with sound and comfort. The oiled finish needs occasional care: wipe spills straight away, sweep regularly, and refresh with oil when the surface starts to dull. Most stains wipe clean, though the oiled surface is more forgiving than glossy finishes.

Engineered Wood Flooring for the Living Room comes down to colour and pattern, and this light oak in Versailles pattern ticks both boxes. If you prefer deeper tones or plank layouts, you’ll find other options across the range, though the 3mm wear layer and 20mm Engineered Wood Flooring offers more durability in heavy-wear areas.

Avesso Design backs this floor with a 25-year guarantee, giving you real security in your choice.
