Forbo Tessera Accord Clover Leaf 4710

Forbo Tessera Accord Clover Leaf 4710 is a patterned carpet tile designed for commercial and high-traffic settings. The loop pile sits at 605g/m2 and holds a green tone with a subtle pattern, giving rooms texture without visual fuss. Its low LRV of 21 means the colour reads as a darker shade, which works well for masking wear in busy hallways and open-plan offices.

The tiles are solution-dyed polyamide, a construction that locks colour into the fibre before it’s woven. This method resists fading and staining better than piece-dyed alternatives, and it means any repairs need simple tile replacement rather than spot treatment.

Specifications

• 500mm x 500mm tiles, 6.4mm thick
• 16 tiles per pack, 4m2 coverage
• 605g/m2 loop pile, polyamide with polyester backing
• Sound insulation rated at 24dB
• Monolithic installation, solution-dyed

Monolithic fitting means you lay them directly to a sound subfloor without seams visible between edges. The tiles work across commercial settings: offices, retail, public corridors, even light industrial spaces where foot traffic and durability count. The loop pile sheds less than cut pile and suits areas where vacuum efficiency matters.

Maintenance is straightforward. Regular vacuuming handles daily dust and debris. Spot-clean spills with a neutral detergent solution and a damp cloth, then allow to dry. Replace individual tiles if they stain beyond recovery or wear through heavy-traffic zones. The warranty runs for two years from purchase.
