Forbo Tessera Accord Linen Pearl 4704

Forbo Tessera Accord in Linen Pearl 4704 is a commercial-grade carpet tile with a warm cream tone and subtle pattern weave. The loop pile sits at 605g/m2, giving the tile body and resilience underfoot whilst the solution-dyed polyamide fibres resist fading and staining in busy environments. At 6.4mm thick with a polyester backing, it holds its shape through daily traffic and regular cleaning.

These 500mm square tiles install as a monolithic floor, meaning you lay them edge-to-edge with no seams visible once fitted. The pattern repeat is minimal, so the floor reads as a calm, unified surface rather than a busy grid.

Specifications

• Pack covers 4m2, contains 16 tiles

The cream shade works across open-plan offices, breakout spaces and corridors where a neutral, professional backdrop suits the brief. It’s equally at home in retail, hospitality or leisure settings. Light commercial use is well within its scope.

Installation

Lay the tiles directly onto a prepared subfloor, butted tight and staggered to avoid visible seams. No adhesive is required if your subfloor is stable and level. The monolithic method makes partial replacement straightforward if damage occurs to a single tile.

Maintenance

Vacuum regularly and spot-clean with mild detergent and water. Solution-dyed fibres hold colour through frequent cleaning cycles, and the loop pile resists crushing in high-traffic zones. The floor will perform well for years with routine care.
