Polyflor Forest FX French Walnut 3120

French Walnut 3120 is a dark brown plank-effect sheet vinyl that sits between real wood and practicality. The wood-grain surface mimics the depth of natural walnut without the upkeep or cost. It works in offices, kitchens, bathrooms and commercial spaces where real wood would struggle. The waterproof core means spills and splashes won’t damage it, and underfloor heating runs beneath it without a problem.

Installation

This is a glue-down sheet vinyl. It bonds directly to your subfloor with the right adhesive. If your subfloor has underfloor heating, this flooring sits on top of it without issue. No separate underlay is required, which saves time and cost on fitting.

Looking after it

Wipe spills straight away with a damp cloth. Vacuum or sweep to clear dust and grit. For a deeper clean, use a mop with mild detergent. Avoid abrasive pads and harsh chemicals. The waterproof surface won’t swell or cup if moisture settles on top. Polyflor Forest FX flooring comes with a 10-year commercial warranty against manufacturing faults.
