Heckmondwike Broadrib in Anthracite brings tough, no-fuss flooring to offices and commercial spaces. This is a dark grey, plain-weave tile that sits neutral underfoot and shows you’ve picked something built to last. The raised ribbed pile grips dirt and hides traffic marks, cutting maintenance time on busy floors.

Each tile is 500mm by 500mm and 7mm thick, with a substantial pile weight of 3670g/m2. The bitumen backing locks them flat and stable. One pack holds 20 tiles, covering 5m2. Made from polyamide, polypropylene and recycled polyester, they’re durable without excess bulk.

Use Classification 33 means these handle the wear of offices, corridors and light commercial zones well. The low light reflectance value (3.68 LRV) keeps the dark grey soft underfoot rather than glassy. Installation and heating

Broadrib tiles come with bitumen backing and suit standard contract fitting. They work with underfloor heating, so heated commercial spaces are fine.

Looking after it

The ribbed pile sheds dust easily and resists staining. Vacuum regularly. For marks, spot clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent. The 15-year commercial warranty covers wear and manufacture under normal use.
