Heckmondwike Broadrib Kingston Grey

Heckmondwike Broadrib in Kingston Grey delivers a solid, practical finish in a neutral medium grey. The plain, textured weave suits office and commercial settings where clean looks and durability matter more than pattern fuss. This is flooring built for heavy footfall, spills and the daily wear of busy workplaces.

Broadrib tiles combine polyamide, polypropylene and recycled polyester to create a tough, long-lasting surface. At 7mm thick with a pile weight of 3670g/m2, they stand up to demanding environments. The bitumen backing locks them in place and adds stability underfoot. You get 20 tiles per pack, each 500mm square, giving you full flexibility to replace worn areas without ripping up the whole floor.

Where it works

These tiles excel in offices, meeting rooms and high-traffic commercial areas. Commercial Carpet Tiles like Broadrib are classified for use 33, meaning they handle the heaviest footfall. They also work in retail, hospitality and any setting where you need modular flooring you can refresh one section at a time. Compatible with underfloor heating systems, so you can add warmth without compromise.

Installation and care

Broadrib tiles are laid loose-lay or fixed with tackifier, depending on your needs. Underfloor heating works fine with these tiles. Day-to-day cleaning is straightforward: vacuum regularly to lift dirt, spot-clean spills with a damp cloth, and use a commercial carpet cleaner for deeper maintenance. The bitumen backing resists moisture and helps prevent staining from underneath.

This is Carpet Tiles built for the real world. Heckmondwike backs them with a 15-year commercial warranty, so you know you’re investing in a floor that will deliver the wear life you need. Fast delivery keeps your project on track.
