Monte Carlo American Oak 532 is a light to medium brown oak plank in sheet vinyl flooring form. The grain sits true to real wood without the sealing, sanding or worry. Water bounces off it, so it suits kitchens, bathrooms and cloakrooms where spills happen.

The R11 slip rating means it grips underfoot on wet surfaces. This matters in family bathrooms and commercial kitchens alike. The PVC backing locks it down once glued, and it sits flat without the need for underlay.
