IVC Isafe 70 Colours Noblesse Silver Oak 593

Noblesse Silver Oak 593 brings a warm, medium-toned oak look to kitchens, bathrooms and living areas without the slip risk. This IVC Isafe 70 sheet vinyl has an R11 slip rating, so it grips underfoot even when wet. That matters in a bathroom or kitchen where water pooling is part of daily life.

The warm grey-brown plank effect sits between plain and patterned. It suits most colour schemes and doesn’t read as overly trendy. The 0.7mm wear layer handles regular foot traffic and cleaning without fading quickly. IVC Vinyl Flooring from this range is built for spaces that get heavy use, from family homes to light commercial settings.

Where it works

Bathrooms, kitchens, hallways, bedrooms and WCs all suit this vinyl. The waterproof surface shrugs off spills and splashes. Light commercial use is fine too. Sheet Vinyl Flooring like this one performs well in busy family homes and small commercial spaces.

Installation and heating

This is a glue-down product. Underfloor heating works with it, so you can add warmth without tearing it up. No underlay is required. The 2m roll width fits most rooms without needing a seam, which cuts labour time and keeps costs down.

Looking after it

Wipe spills straight away with a damp cloth. Occasional damp mop cleaning keeps it fresh. Avoid soaking and harsh scouring pads. The 10-year guarantee covers manufacture faults, so you’re covered against factory defects.
