The twist pile gives a dense, durable feel underfoot and resists crushing well. At 1360g/m² you get a substantial carpet that holds its shape through regular foot traffic. The dual backing adds stability without bulk. This is a polypropylene carpet, so it’s straightforward to clean and resists staining from the start.

Where it works

Snow suits bedrooms, dining rooms, hallways, landings and living rooms. The light shade brightens a space and won’t show dust or pet hair as much as darker tones. It’s not waterproof, so keep it out of bathrooms and kitchens unless you’re willing to manage spills closely.

Installation and heating

Lay Heather Twist Supreme using the gripper method on a suitable underlay. The carpet works with underfloor heating, so you can warm your rooms without lifting it. Get a surveyor to check your subfloor and recommend the right underlay for your situation.

Looking after it

Vacuum once or twice a week to lift surface dust. The bleach-cleanable backing means you can use a stain remover with mild bleach on marks without fear. Shift spills straight away by blotting, not rubbing. All Lano carpets come with a 10-year warranty covering faults in manufacture.
