The twist construction means dirt and scuffs don’t show as easily as on a smooth pile, and the weight gives the carpet body underfoot. Titanium’s dark neutral tone doesn’t show the dust and everyday grime like paler shades do, so it keeps its looks longer between cleans.

Where it fits

This is Lano carpet rated for heavy domestic use, which means bedrooms, dining rooms, living rooms, landings and stairs all take it well. The twist pile and dual backing handle busy footfall without flagging. It’s not waterproof, so keep it out of bathrooms and wet rooms.

Fitting

Laid on gripper (tackless) strips using a traditional grip-and-stretch method. You’ll need a good quality underlay beneath it for support and comfort. The carpet works with underfloor heating systems, so check your installer knows this when booking the job.

Looking after it

Regular vacuuming keeps fibres upright and removes surface dust. Because it’s bleach cleanable, tough stains respond to a bleach-based solution or professional spot treatment. The warranty covers manufacturing defects for 10 years from fitting.
