Nordikka Naturals Shale brings a soft, light natural look to any room. The tile-effect design sits somewhere between cool grey and warm beige, the kind of neutral that works with almost any décor. Bevelled edges add a subtle touch of detail without fuss. It’s a real-tile appearance in a format that’s easier to maintain and more forgiving than stone or ceramic.

This is 3mm LVT flooring that takes knocks and spills without complaint. The 0.7mm wear layer keeps it looking fresh through daily wear, whilst the registered emboss texture gives it grip underfoot (R10 anti-slip rating). Waterproof through and through, it won’t mind a wet kitchen, a steamy bathroom or a splash of spilled water.

Where it works

Use it in busy kitchens, bathrooms, hallways and living areas. The Class 23, 33 and 42 rating means it’s up to domestic wear and tear, plus light commercial use if you need that flexibility. Underfloor heating is no problem.

Installation and care

Glue it straight to a clean, flat subfloor. No underlay needed, which keeps things simple. Wipe spills promptly and sweep regularly to avoid grit scratching the surface. That’s really it.

You get a lifetime residential warranty, backed by a 20-year commercial warranty if the product is used in a commercial setting. The Nordikka Naturals range offers other colours if Shale isn’t quite right, each with the same tough, waterproof construction.
