Unlike real oak, it’s fully waterproof and needs no sealing or maintenance beyond a quick sweep and mop.

This is a gluedown sheet vinyl built for durability in busy environments. The 2mm thickness and 0.7mm wear layer stand up to foot traffic, spills and heavy use without showing wear marks quickly. Its R10 anti-slip rating gives safe grip even when wet, which matters in commercial kitchens, bathrooms and wet areas.

The material is PVC-backed and comes in 2m-wide rolls up to 20m long, so large commercial areas can be laid with minimal seams. It works with underfloor heating too, if your space has it fitted. No underlay is needed.
