Oak Sanded Extra Matt gives you a light, neutral tone with a soft lacquered finish that resists fingerprints and dust. The extra matt surface sits between glossy and flat, keeping a natural look without the high shine. Straight planks with bevelled edges add subtle depth, and the light wood works with almost any colour scheme, from contemporary to traditional settings.

This is Engineered Wood Flooring, so you get real oak on the surface with a stable multi-ply base underneath. That means less expansion and contraction than solid wood, and it handles moisture better too. The 3.6mm wear layer is substantial enough for household wear, whilst the 13mm total thickness gives it substance underfoot.

It’s suited to bedrooms, living rooms, dining rooms, hallways and kitchens. Offices and utility rooms work too, though it’s not designed for heavy commercial traffic.

Installation and underfloor heating

This flooring uses a click system, so you can fit it as a floating floor without adhesive. Underlay is required to level the subfloor and protect the boards underneath. If you have underfloor heating, it’s compatible with this product, so you can run warm water systems beneath it.

Care and warranty

Dust and vacuum regularly, and wipe spills with a damp cloth rather than letting water sit. The matt finish hides dust better than gloss does. Parador Classic 3060 comes with a 25-year warranty covering manufacturing defects, giving you long-term peace of mind.
