Where it works

Luxury Vinyl Tiles like Brookland Oak suit bathrooms, kitchens, utility rooms and living areas. It handles the moisture of a family bathroom and the traffic of a busy hallway. Bedrooms and home offices benefit from its natural look and quiet underfoot feel. Polyflor Colonia flooring is classified for light commercial use, so it works in small offices and retail spaces too.

Installation and underfloor heating

Brookland Oak is a gluedown LVT, so it fixes to your subfloor with adhesive. No underlay is required. It works with underfloor heating systems, which means you can pair it with warm-water systems in your kitchen or bathroom without any compatibility concerns. The waterproof nature of the material also means it won’t be damaged by the moisture that sometimes builds under poorly sealed bathrooms.

Looking after it

Maintenance is straightforward. Sweep or vacuum to remove dust and grit, then damp-mop with a pH-neutral cleaner. The waterproof surface resists staining from water, wine and everyday spills. Polyflor backs this product with a 7-year warranty, giving you peace of mind against manufacturing faults and premature wear.
