Freshfield Oak 4384 brings a natural, warm wood look to your kitchen, bathroom or hallway without the fuss of real timber. This Polyflor LVT plank sits in the mid-range for lightness, so it suits both bright and cosier rooms. The grain and colour feel genuine; the practicality is what sets it apart.

Being fully waterproof, it handles splashes and spills in bathrooms and kitchens with ease. You can fit underfloor heating underneath it, which makes it ideal for a warm bathroom or kitchen on a chilly morning. No underlay is needed, so you can glue it straight to a sound subfloor.
