Polyflor Colonia Marlow Oak 4386

Marlow Oak 4386 is a warm, natural wood-look plank that brings real-wood appeal to your home without the fuss of upkeep. The mid-tone grain sits well in kitchens, living rooms and hallways, creating a relaxed, grounded feel across open spaces. Its waterproof nature means bathrooms, utility rooms and cloakrooms are no problem either.

This gluedown Luxury Vinyl Tile sits 2mm thick with a 0.2mm wear layer to handle daily wear. Wide planks at 184mm by 1219mm create a clean, flowing look, and the square edge keeps lines crisp. Each pack covers 3.37 square metres and weighs 12.3kg, making it straightforward to handle and fit.

Where it works

Polyflor Colonia flooring suits kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living rooms, dining areas, halls, offices, utility rooms and cloakrooms. The R10 slip rating gives you safe footing in damp zones, whilst the waterproof core means spills and moisture pose no risk. Commercial spaces with light to medium traffic also work well with this range, backed by a 7-year warranty.

Installation and heating

Marlow Oak 4386 uses a straightforward gluedown method, so no underlay is needed. The floor works with underfloor heating systems, letting you add warmth without fuss. Sound insulation of 2dB helps dampen footfall in busier spaces.

Looking after it

Keep spills wiped promptly and sweep or vacuum regularly to clear grit. The waterproof PVC core resists staining and damage from moisture, so normal household cleaning works fine. Marlow Oak keeps its looks and colour for years with minimal effort.
