It’s a practical choice for any room that gets heavy use or splashes.

What you get

• 457mm square tiles with subtle concrete texture
• 2mm thick LVT with 0.2mm wear layer
• Pack covers 3.34m2 and weighs 12.3kg
• R10 anti-slip rating for safety underfoot

Polyflor LVT flooring is fully waterproof, so spills, steam and wet conditions won’t damage it. The gluedown installation sits flat and stable, with no need for underlay. It also works with underfloor heating systems, making it ideal if you’re fitting warmth into a kitchen or bathroom renovation.

Where it works

Polyflor Colonia flooring suits kitchens, bathrooms, utility rooms, hallways, dining rooms, living rooms, bedrooms, offices and cloakrooms. The waterproof surface makes it especially good in wet areas. Light commercial settings benefit from the same durability and 7-year warranty that covers normal residential use.

Fitting and care

Glue it straight down to a clean, level subfloor. No underlay is needed. Once laid, clean regularly with a soft mop and mild detergent. The wear layer and waterproof core protect against daily wear, making maintenance straightforward. The R10 slip rating means it stays safe even when wet.
