English Oak 4435 brings authentic oak grain to any room, without the fuss of real wood. The natural finish sits somewhere between pale and medium, so it settles easily into modern and traditional schemes alike. You get a real-wood look that takes hard wear, spills and mud without fading, staining or warping.

This Polyflor LVT comes as square-edge planks measuring 1219mm long and 152mm wide. A 0.2mm wear layer gives you solid protection for everyday use, and the 2mm thickness keeps it stable underfoot. Each pack covers 3.34m² and contains 18 planks, weighing 12.3kg.

Where it works

English Oak 4435 suits bathrooms, kitchens, hallways and utility rooms where water and mess are part of life. It handles living rooms and bedrooms equally well, plus landings and stairs. The R10 anti-slip rating keeps it safe on wet surfaces, and it carries a light commercial use classification too, so it can take a bit more than domestic traffic.

Installation and underfloor heating

It’s a glue-down Luxury Vinyl Tiles floor, so you’ll need to stick it down to a prepared subfloor. No underlay is required. Better still, this plank plays well with underfloor heating systems, so you can heat it from below without worry.

Looking after it

Maintenance is simple. Sweep regularly, then wipe with a damp mop and mild detergent. The waterproof surface means spills won’t penetrate, so quick clean-ups are all you need.
