Polyflor Colonia Schoolhouse Oak 4434

Schoolhouse Oak brings a rich, dark wood tone to your home without the upkeep of real timber. The planks sit at 1219mm long and 152mm wide, giving you authentic oak grain and character with the durability LVT delivers. This is flooring that takes spills in your stride.

The waterproof surface works hard in kitchens and bathrooms where moisture is a daily fact. It sits flat under foot with an R10 slip rating, so it’s safe even when wet. A 0.2mm wear layer protects the finish from scuffs and everyday wear, backed by a solid 7-year commercial warranty. Busy household, muddy boots, the lot. Schoolhouse Oak handles it all.

This is a glue-down install, with no underlay needed. The 2mm thickness means it sits flush with most adjacent flooring, and it plays well with underfloor heating systems too. Each pack covers 3.34m² and weighs 12.3kg, so manageable to handle and fit. Sound insulation rates at 2dB, keeping noise down in multi-storey homes.

Polyflor Colonia flooring is designed for real homes. The whole range sticks to one aesthetic, so if you like Schoolhouse Oak, you can carry it through landing, hallway and stairs without jarring shifts in colour or tone. It works in living rooms, offices and utility spaces just as well as wet areas.

Polyflor LVT wins where solid wood fears moisture and wear. Schoolhouse Oak sits in the middle ground, a real-wood look that lasts.
