Polyflor Colonia Winchester Oak 4452

Polyflor Colonia Winchester Oak 4452 brings a soft grey oak look to any room without the upkeep of real wood. The plank sits at 1219mm long and 184mm wide, giving you natural proportions that blend well in open spaces. A 0.2mm wear layer protects the surface from daily wear, while the waterproof finish means you can confidently use it in damp rooms. This is Luxury Vinyl Tiles at its most practical.

The glue-down method means it stays put once laid. You’ll need adhesive and a smooth subfloor, but no underlay is required. It works with underfloor heating too, so you can warm your space from below without any fuss. The R10 anti-slip rating keeps it safe underfoot even when wet.

Where it works

Suitable for kitchens, bathrooms, living rooms, bedrooms, halls, landings, utility rooms, dining rooms, offices and wet rooms. The warm grey oak tone fits contemporary and traditional schemes alike. Use it in domestic homes or light commercial spaces up to 7 years with the commercial warranty backing your choice.
