Polyflor Conceptline Christchurch Oak Parquet 3802

Christchurch Oak Parquet 3802 brings the warmth of traditional parquet to your home without the fuss of solid wood. The herringbone pattern sits in a soft, natural oak tone that works in living rooms, kitchens, dining areas and hallways alike. This is a vinyl tile, so it’s waterproof and takes spills and mess in its stride.

Each plank measures 228.6 by 76.2mm with a micro bevelled edge that adds subtle depth. You get 192 planks per pack, covering 3.34m². The wear layer is 0.3mm thick, and the R10 anti-slip rating keeps your footing safe on floors prone to moisture. At 12.3kg per pack, it’s light enough to handle alone.

Polyflor Conceptline offers Luxury Vinyl Tiles across the board, and this range pairs durability with genuine parquet appeal. The glue-down fitting method is straightforward, and there’s no separate underlay to buy. Best of all, underfloor heating works beneath it, so you can warm your space as you please.

This flooring suits bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchens, dining rooms, living spaces, halls, landings and stairs, plus offices and utility rooms. It’s rated Class 23 and 31, so it handles domestic use and light commercial settings with ease.

Looking after it

Sweep or vacuum regularly to keep grit from scratching the surface. Wipe spills quickly with a damp cloth, and use a pH-neutral cleaner when needed. Avoid excess water pooling on the planks. The vinyl construction means no staining worries and minimal upkeep compared to real wood.

Polyflor backs this floor with a 10-year warranty, both for homes and light commercial spaces. Register your purchase to activate it.
