Maldon Oak 3185 is a warm, natural oak-look floor that brings solid wood character to any room without the upkeep. The grain pattern stays true across each plank, creating a cohesive, understated look that suits both modern and traditional schemes.

This is Glue-Down LVT from the Polyflor LVT range. It locks down permanently once fitted, so there’s no movement underfoot and no gaps to trap dirt. The 0.3mm wear layer handles daily foot traffic well, with an R10 anti-slip rating for peace of mind on damp surfaces.

Why it works

Installation and care

Glue it straight to the subfloor. No underlay needed, which cuts cost and time. It bonds fast and holds firm. Once cured, clean with a damp mop and mild cleaner. Avoid excess water pooling and you’re done. Polyflor backs it with a 10-year warranty, covering both domestic and light commercial wear.
