Glue-down installation is straightforward and fixes the planks firmly in place. The R10 anti-slip rating makes it safe underfoot, even in wet zones like kitchens and bathrooms. Better still, this Glue-Down LVT is waterproof and compatible with underfloor heating, so you can use it on concrete, chipboard or solid subfloors without worry. No underlay is needed.

Maintenance is simple. Sweep and damp-mop when you need to. The tough 0.3mm wear layer resists scuffs and marks, so it performs well in hallways, landings and stairs as much as in quieter rooms. If you need Class 23 or 31 commercial grading for offices and light-use commercial settings, Monarch Oak is rated for that too.
