Polyflor Conceptline Parkland Oak 3804 brings a natural oak finish to any room without the cost or upkeep of real wood. The soft grain and warm tone work well in living spaces, kitchens and bedrooms alike. As a waterproof Luxury Vinyl Tile it handles spills and moisture with ease, making it equally at home in bathrooms, utility rooms and hallways where real wood would struggle.

Each plank is 1219.2mm long and 184.2mm wide, giving you a realistic wood scale without fussy layouts. The glue-down system sits flat and stable underfoot. You get 15 planks per pack, covering 3.37m2, and at 12.3kg per pack it’s straightforward to move and fit.

Glue-Down LVT installation means no underlay is needed. The floor bonds directly to a clean, dry subfloor using a suitable vinyl adhesive. If you’re planning underfloor heating, Parkland Oak 3804 works with it, so you can warm the room and keep the water out at the same time.

Looking after it
