Black Abstract 5118 is a modern wood-look LVT that brings understated style to any room. Installation and heating

Fitted using glue-down installation, which creates a secure, permanent bond to the subfloor. The flooring is compatible with underfloor heating systems, so you can warm the room beneath without affecting performance. No underlay is required. Solid subfloors and plywood both work well as long as they’re sound, dry and level.

Looking after it

Maintenance is straightforward. Sweep or vacuum regularly to lift dust and grit. Damp-mop with a mild cleaner when needed. Avoid standing water and wring out cloths before use. The 10-year warranty covers normal domestic and light commercial wear, giving you confidence in the flooring’s durability.
