Polyflor Expona Commercial Black Textile 5077

Black Textile 5077 is a dark, textured LVT tile that brings subtle sophistication to any room. The embossed surface catches the light softly, giving it depth without gloss or shine. It’s a practical alternative to real tile or stone, with all the visual warmth and none of the cold feel underfoot.

This is a glue-down tile from the Polyflor Expona Commercial range, built for hard-wearing spaces. It sits 2.5mm thick with a 0.55mm wear layer, holding its looks through daily wear and foot traffic. The bevelled edges create clean sight lines, and the R10 anti-slip rating keeps it safe underfoot, even in wet areas.

You won’t need underlay or special prep work. Glue it straight to a clean, dry subfloor. The tile handles underfloor heating without fuss, so you can add warmth if your space needs it. And it’s fully waterproof, making it ideal for bathrooms, kitchens and utility rooms.

Black Textile works across living spaces, bedrooms, hallways and landings too. It suits both homes and light commercial settings thanks to its Class 23, 33 and 42 use rating. Keep it clean with a damp mop and mild detergent. Any standard Luxury Vinyl Tiles cleaner will do. Polyflor backs it with a 10-year commercial warranty, so you’re covered.
