Polyflor Expona Commercial Cool Grey Concrete 5068

Cool Grey Concrete brings a modern industrial edge to any room. The soft grey tone mimics polished concrete, with subtle texture and bevelled edges that lift the look. It’s a stone effect that works hard without looking too cold, balancing contemporary style with everyday practicality.

This is LVT that breathes like a sigh of relief. You get the look of real concrete without the porous surface, the staining risk or the constant upkeep. The waterproof core means bathrooms, kitchens and utility rooms take it in their stride. Busy households love it because it shrugs off spills, muddy boots and the odd dropped glass.

Polyflor Expona Commercial tiles sit at 609mm square, giving you proportional coverage that feels balanced in most spaces. The bevelled edge detail adds depth without fuss. Each pack covers 3.34m² and weighs 14.33kg, so they’re manageable to fit.

Where it works

Cool Grey Concrete suits kitchens, bathrooms, hallways and living spaces where you need both look and durability. It’s equally at home in offices, utility rooms and commercial settings. The LRV of 23 keeps it bold without being too dark, so it won’t shrink smaller rooms.

Installation and heating

This is a glue down tile, so you’ll need adhesive and a smooth subfloor. No underlay required. Underfloor heating works with it, so warm feet are an option if you plan ahead. The waterproof construction means bathrooms and damp spaces pose no problem.

Looking after it

Sweep and vacuum as normal. A damp mop with mild detergent handles dirt and spills. The wear layer protects against everyday scuff and fade. Polyflor backs this product with a 10 year commercial warranty, giving you real peace of mind in busy spaces.
