Where it works

Dark Grey Concrete 5069 fits living rooms, hallways, kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and utility spaces across homes and offices. It’s classified for medium to heavy commercial use (Class 23, 33 and 42), so it performs in shops, bars and cafes too. Commercial LVT this robust suits anywhere foot traffic is steady. Part of the Polyflor Expona Commercial range, it matches other designs if you want to mix colours across zones.

Installation and care

Fit it with a flexible adhesive suitable for LVT. It sits happily over underfloor heating, so warm floors are no problem. Once down, sweep and mop as normal. The waterproof surface shrugs off spills, and the wear layer resists marks and scuffs. Backed by a 10-year commercial warranty, so you’ve real peace of mind for heavy use.
