Everglade Oak Parquet 4126 gives you the rich, natural warmth of oak parquet without the maintenance burden. The herringbone layout and authentic wood grain sit on a waterproof vinyl base, so it works just as well in a bathroom or kitchen as it does in a living room or office. Textured embossing adds real depth and stops it looking flat.

This is a glue-down LVT from the Polyflor Expona Commercial range, built to take foot traffic in homes and light commercial settings alike.

Where it works

Everglade Oak suits bathrooms, kitchens, dining rooms, hallways, bedrooms, landing and stairs. It’s equally at home in offices and light commercial spaces. The waterproof finish means spills and splashes cause no harm. Use classification covers Class 23, 33 and 42 domestic and commercial applications.

Installation and care

It’s a glue-down fix, so you’ll need adhesive and a proper subfloor. No underlay is required. The product works with underfloor heating systems, so you can warm your kitchen or bathroom whilst keeping that parquet look. Clean it as you would any vinyl floor: sweep, hoover or damp mop. The waterproof core means water sits on the surface and wipes away.
