The PVC construction is completely waterproof, making it ideal for bathrooms, kitchens and utility rooms where spills happen. It handles underfloor heating without a fuss, and no separate underlay is needed, so installation is straightforward. The tiles sit within the Polyflor Expona Commercial range, graded for Class 23, 33 and 42 use, which means they cope with both domestic and light commercial traffic.

Where it works

These tiles suit living rooms, bedrooms, dining spaces, halls, landings and stairs. They’re equally at home in bathrooms, kitchens, utility rooms, offices and commercial settings. The waterproof finish and tough wear layer stand up to everyday wear and the occasional puddle.

Installation

Glue-Down LVT tiles need adhesive applied directly to the subfloor. Underfloor heating is compatible, and no separate underlay is required, which keeps the job simple and the final height minimal.

Looking after it

Maintain your Everglade Oak tiles with regular sweeping to remove grit and dust, then a damp mop using a pH-neutral floor cleaner. Wipe up spills straight away to keep the surface in good shape. This flooring carries a 10-year commercial warranty, giving you confidence in its durability.
