Grey Micro Terrazzo 5124 brings a cool, contemporary stone look to any room. The subtle speckled pattern mimics natural terrazzo without the weight or maintenance burden. Each plank sits just 2.5mm thick yet carries a generous 0.55mm wear layer, so it stands up to the daily wear of busy homes and light commercial settings.

The textured surface gives real grip underfoot. You get an R10 anti-slip rating, which counts in kitchens, bathrooms and hallways where water finds its way. The bevelled edges create neat lines that read like true tile without any fussy joins or visible seams.

Where it works

This is Polyflor Expona Commercial grade, so it handles wear Class 23, 33 and 42. That means kitchens, bathrooms, hallways and living spaces all suit it. Bedrooms, dining rooms, landing and stairs work just as well. Light commercial use is built in too. Offices and utility rooms won’t find a tougher tile.

Installation and heating

This is Glue-Down LVT, so you’ll stick each tile down to your prepared subfloor. No underlay needed. Best part: it works with underfloor heating, so you can add warmth without worrying about the installation.

Looking after it

Wipe it clean, nothing more. The waterproof core means spills don’t soak through. Wipe them up and you’re done. It won’t cup, warp or swell. The 10-year commercial warranty backs its durability across residential and light commercial use.
