Sherwood Oak Versailles 4124 brings a sophisticated dark wood look to any room without the upkeep of real timber. The square 609mm tiles feature a Versailles pattern and bevelled edges that catch light and add subtle depth. Textured embossing mimics genuine grain and gives genuine underfoot grip.

This is a glue-down LVT from the Polyflor Expona Commercial range, built tough enough for busy family homes and commercial spaces alike. It’s fully waterproof, so splashes in the kitchen or bathroom won’t trouble it. The 0.55mm wear layer handles daily traffic with ease. With a Class 33 rating for residential use and Class 42 for commercial, it stands up to normal wear in living spaces and tougher use in offices and public areas.

Installation is straightforward with glue-down fitting and no special underlay needed. Underfloor heating works with it, so you can add warmth without worry. Sound insulation of 2dB helps keep noise down, and the R10 anti-slip rating gives you safe footing on wet or dry floors.
