Polyflor Expona Commercial Urban Slate 5057

Urban Slate brings a natural dark stone look to any space without the weight, maintenance or cost of real slate. The deep charcoal finish and embossed texture create authentic slate character, while the bevelled edges add subtle visual definition to each tile. It’s a slate look that actually works in homes and offices alike.

This is Luxury Vinyl Tiles built for real use. The 0.55mm wear layer protects against daily scuffs and heavy footfall, and the waterproof core means splashes in kitchens, bathrooms and utility rooms won’t cause swelling or damage. You can fit it over underfloor heating systems without worry. The R10 anti-slip rating keeps it safe on stairs and wet floors in commercial settings.

From the Polyflor Expona Commercial range, this flooring is classed for light commercial use (Class 23, 33 and 42) as well as domestic rooms, so it performs equally well in a busy kitchen, hotel lobby or office landing.
