Polyflor Expona Commercial Vineyard Oak 4136

Vineyard Oak brings warm, natural wood grain to any space without the maintenance that real oak demands. This glue-down plank sits somewhere between the cosy feel of timber and the tough practicality of vinyl. The textured, embossed surface adds depth and grip underfoot, whilst the subtle grey tones work across contemporary and traditional schemes alike.

Whether you’re laying it in a kitchen, bathroom, hallway or light commercial setting, Vineyard Oak handles spills and everyday wear with ease. It’s waterproof, so splashes and damp won’t damage the core, and it sits well with underfloor heating systems too. The bevelled edges give each plank a subtle architectural detail that lifts the overall look.

Installation and care

Vineyard Oak is a glue-down product, so it bonds directly to a clean, dry subfloor. No underlay is needed. It works with underfloor heating systems, so you can add warmth beneath without worry. Once laid, simply keep it swept and clean with a damp cloth. Its waterproof core means spills and moisture pose no risk to the base material.

Polyflor backs this product with a 10-year commercial warranty, giving you confidence in its longevity across both domestic and trade settings.
